How do guests join?
Inline signup at any channel: scan QR, tap a kiosk, or check out on web. Phone number or email is enough. No separate app to install.
Can I limit where points are earned or spent?
Yes. Exclude alcohol, exclude specific categories, set minimum baskets, cap daily redemptions per member, set per-location rules. Stack as needed.
How does skip-the-line work?
When a top-tier member places an order, the Workstation routes their ticket ahead of the queue, the pickup shelf reserves a labelled spot, and the kiosk can open a dedicated lane at peak hours.
Can coupons be single-use?
Yes. Single-use, expiry dates, redemption caps, per-member limits. You can also auto-apply for specific segments instead of sending a code.
Do I need a separate marketing tool?
No. Email, push, SMS, and in-app messages all fire from inside Butlaroo. If you already have a tool you love, exports and webhooks let you keep using it.
How is member data handled?
