How long does rollout take?
Most hotels are live in three to six weeks. We start on one floor or wing, train the team in a single shift, and roll out from there. No onboarding fee.
Which PMS platforms are certified?
Oracle Hospitality (Opera and Symphony), Opera Cloud, Apaleo and Mews, with more added on an ongoing basis. If yours isn't on the list, we quote a bespoke bridge as part of the rollout.
How does the age check at the kiosk work?
If a basket contains alcohol, the kiosk prompts for a passport, ID card or driver licence and clears the date of birth in seconds. Where required, staff can be paged for a manual check.
How does kitchen outsourcing work?
Partner restaurants live inside your menu with their own hours and prep times. The basket settles as one payment, your fee is withheld at the source, the guest sees your branding.
Do we keep our existing PMS, terminals and POS?
Usually yes. Butlaroo runs on any tablet, mini-PC or kiosk shell, integrates with the major card terminals, and plugs into an existing POS or kitchen display rather than replacing it.
